On behalf of the Town of Hope Mills, Sealed proposals for the project titled Heritage Park will be received by The Town of Hope Mills from qualified bidders, located at Hope Mills Recreation Center located at 5766 Rockfish Road, Hope Mills, NC 28348 on or before January 4, 2024 @ 2:00PM. After the bids have been received, they are to be opened and read aloud at for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the construction of Heritage Park as prescribed in the bid package. Bids will be received for a single prime contract only. All proposals shall be lump sum.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held @10:00AM at the Hope Mills Recreation Center located at 5766 Rockfish Road, Hope Mills, NC 28348 local time on November 30, 2023. Interested parties are invited to attend this meeting to discuss the plans, ask for additional information or clarification on the bid package. At the conclusion of the meeting attendees will be invited to attend a site walk.

The Town of Hope Mills reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
