Our 55+ Adult Programs are designed for those interested in continuing an actively aging lifestyle. Programs consist of a variety of recreational opportunities to include physical fitness, continued learning, creative arts, community engagement and fellowship. All programs are designed for those that are able to participate independently. No one-on-one services are provided.

S.M.A.R.T. – Stretching, movement and resistance training; S.M.A.R.T. is a dynamic fitness class designed for a diverse population ages 55+. Class incorporates dance, cardio, strength training and stretching. Chairs are provided for seated or standing support. Bring water and wear close toe, rubber sole footwear. Please arrive early to allow time to pay at the front desk. Ages 55+ Cost: $5 per class Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:45-11:45 am
