The Mission of the HMPD Police Community Action Team is to facilitate a partnership with all citizens of Hope Mills by providing professional and community oriented services that will reduce crime, the fear of crime and neighborhood decay while maintaining the mission, values and vision of the Hope Mills Police Department as a whole.
