The Police Records O
ffice is located in the front lobby of the Hope Mills Police Department at 5776 Rockfish Road. The normal hours of operation are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, closed on Holidays. The Records Division handles public requests for Accident, Arrest, and Incident Reports as well as applications for various permits. Please read below for detailed information on how to obtain reports and specific permit applications.
Accident, Arrest, and Incident Reports may be obtained in person at the Record's window located in the front lobby of the Hope Mills Police Department. The Record's window is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, closed on Holidays.
Reports will not be faxed. Requests for reports are not accepted by phone. If you need a report, please contact Mrs. E. Carrillo at 910-425-4103. The records office is supervised by Mrs. K. Neal.
