Virtual Learning Care, offered by the Hope Mills Parks and Recreation Department, is a program for children to complete their virtual learning day under the supervision of HMPR staff. Staff will assist with learning sessions, provide technical support and ensure each child remains focused on their classes. HMPR staff are not providing actual education; care is to provide supervision to keep children on task through their virtual school day. Please note that Virtual Learning Care will now take place in the modular unit behind Town Hall, and new hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Must bring a packed lunch and two snacks.
Must bring personal and/or school provided devices, including chargers.
Must bring all materials needed to complete the virtual school day (i.e. paper, writing utensils, headphones, etc.).
Late pick-up fee of $2/minute beginning at 4:05 pm will apply.
All registrations and fees must be paid online here.
