The Hope Mills Senior Programs is currently seeking qualified instructors in the areas of Fitness, Creative Arts, Crafting and Dance to teach classes and/or workshops to older adults ages 55 and up. Format and scheduling are flexible. Please contact Kasey Ivey or Anne Evanco for more information, 426-4109.
Artists and Crafters – To teach 1 or 2 hour workshops of different arts and crafts to older adults ages 55 and up. Project must be completed by the end of the workshop. Sample of finished craft and supply list must be provided. Creative ideas are encouraged.
Fitness Instructors – To teach fitness classes to older adults ages 55 and up. Various formats to include but not limited to Yoga, Zumba/Zumba Gold, Low Impact Cardio, Strength Training, Tai Chi and Chair Based classes. Proof of current fitness certification and CPR/FA required. Dance Instructors – To teach dance classes to older adults ages 55 and up. Various formats to include but not limited to Ballroom, Beach Shag, Jazz, Zumba/Zumba Gold and Cardio Dance. Proof of current certification and/or experience and CPR/FA required.
