The first part of this class is dance fitness. Join the Latin-inspired, easy to follow, feel it to the core, dance-fitness party! This is a fun fitness class that will get your heart pumping. The second part of this class is a blend of Pilates principles, strength training, barre & high-energy workouts that will make you feel graceful, flexible & strong. Fusion of unique resistance exercises, flexibility training & cardio exercises creating a toned, shapely body. Please bring water, hand towel, smiles & wear close toe, rubber sole footwear. This is not a drop-in class; pre-registration is required to attend.
